The only rationale I can come up with for not impeaching the bastard is the grim fact that Dick Cheney would become the President!
I certainly hope Ms. Pelosi isn't as reticent about investigating this corrupt administration and bringing the Bush Family Crime Cartel to justice.
Look at it this way, Nancy, with Bush & Cheney out of the way, you become the President!
