Iraq Expels American Security Firm

BAGHDAD - The Iraqi government Monday ordered Blackwater USA, the security firm that protects U.S. diplomats, to stop work and leave the country after the fatal shooting of eight Iraqi civilians following a car bomb attack against a State Department convoy.

The order by the Interior Ministry, if carried out, would deal a severe blow to U.S. government operations in Iraq by stripping diplomats, engineers, reconstruction officials and others of their security protection.

Sayzero...Poker Star?

Sayzero. What a hero!















Most of you know that I enjoy playing on-line poker. So does my Brother scroff and his lady Ruthalla. It seems that a real American Patriot, sayzero, took umbrage at Ruthalla's avatar and proceeded to browbeat her during the time they played together in a $200 tournament.

As if that wasn't enough, sayzero, our hero, (gee it rhymnes!), didn't feel that verbally assaulting a real American was enough, he had to google her and came upon Any Which Way, where he took it upon himself to defend his country and his president further, by abusing my brother Scroff, and his military service to our nation.

Here is an excerpt of the e-mail he sent to Ruhalla:

"You're a disgusting piece of shit for a human being. Also, you have little to no education has you pretended. I know more about you than you do about me. You are not anonymous now you filthy piece of shit you. I see per this site your ignorance knows no bounds. I mean really, the hits are on this site (your absurd assbackwards views) are like you, dismal. Tell Scroff or whatever the Loser's name is that he is a dishonor to his country too.

Who knows, maybe one day I might want to meet you face to face just so I can spit in yours!"

Nice, huh? It is actions like this that just endear the Republicunts to those of us on the Left side of the aisle.

Well, sayzero, I will say "Zero", because that's what you are cupcake. You claim to be a Veteran and yet when we google you, the above picture is what we come up with. A character in a children's video game. I suggest you change your name at Poker Stars because I will be looking for you.

Family Loses 2nd Son; 3rd Brother Serves

CLOVIS, Calif. - Early in the Iraq war, Jeff and Peggy Hubbard faced the news that every parent with a child at war dreads, the death of their son Jared, a Marine killed alongside his best friend.

Two years, nine months and 18 days later, they faced another grim-faced officer. This time, it was their youngest, Army Cpl. Nathan Hubbard, 21, dead in a helicopter crash in Iraq.

A third brother, Jason, was on another helicopter in the same unit and was at the crash site. He accompanied his brother's body on a flight out of Iraq and was on his way home for the funeral.

Found a computer in the hotel lobby so I thought I'd drop a line. Been a while, I realize that, and I haven't been out visiting. In fact, you could say that I've been downright anti-social, but you know that isn't true.

I appreciate the fact that folks drop by at times like this. Nothing new here. Not for some time. But I told you this would happen. Happens every time I go to work.

Now, about work. It's an Oprah job. Yup. Oprah. Called "For One Day More" and it's the best job I've ever had in this business. Hands down. Bar none. I'm making money and having fun, what more could you ask?

Anyway, I miss you guys and your blogs. I will come calling soon. In the meantime, please forgive me. Gotta make hay while the sun shines.
